Training must be completed before users can reserve the facility. Please follow the below steps before submitting the form below to schedule your individualized training.

1. Read through the Arkansas Bio-Imaging Facility policies. You must agree to these policies before reserving a time slot to use the facility.
2. Visit the Resources Page and read through the required documents and watch the required videos.
